Mach1 Mojito 

The 69 Cocktail

 

Ingredients:

 

2 oz. Flight 69 Gin
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. St-Germain


Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients and shake well.
  2. Strain into a chilled Cocktail or Coupe Glass.
  3. Garnish with a dash or two of Angostura Bitters.

Turbulence

 

Ingredients:

 

1 1/2 oz Flight 69 Gin
4 oz Orange juice
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Sweet and Sour
Splash of Grenadine 


Preparation:
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and agitate violently for 30-40 seconds until mixture begins to froth and thicken.
  2. Strain into glass.
  3. Garnish with a cherry. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mach1 Mojito 

 

Ingredients:

 

1 1/2 fluid ounces Flight 69 Gin
1/2 cup Club Soda
10 fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 Lime, cut into 4 wedges
2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
1 cup ice cubes

  

Preparation:

  1. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice.
  2. Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture.
  3. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the Gin over the ice and fill the glass with carbonated water. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired.
  4. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.

The Cockpit

 

Ingredients:

 

2 oz. Flight 69 Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Sour

Preparation:

  1. Top with Dry Lavander Soda
  2. Combine and shake first two ingredients.
  3. Strain onto fresh ice in a Collins glass.
  4. Top with Dry Lavender soda and stir lightly to incorporate
  5. Garnish with a dash or two of Angostura Bitters

 

The Mile High

 

Ingredients:

 

2 oz. Flight 69 Gin
3/4 oz. King's Ginger Liqueur
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 oz. Trader Vic's Orgeat Syrup


Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients and shake.
  2. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a fresh slice of Orange peel and Candied Ginger piece.
